Appearance: Small for his age, blonde, thick black eyebrows like his Daddy, and red eyes like his Mutti.

Superhuman kick- much like Hambrother's unusual strength, he has a lot of power in his legs that makes him exceptional at sports like football.

Fast Metabolism- able to eat vast amounts of food despite his small size.

Iron Stomach- able to eat what others might find inedible due to being raised on his father's cooking.

Bilingual- English and German

Personality: A hyper kid and a bit of a troublemaker (okay, maybe more than a bit); he can also be very sweet. He likes to test his limits and like most children, is mostly just out to have fun. Chips enjoys attention, and will often cause more trouble when ignored. He mostly takes after Prussia, but there are things about him that are very much similar to England. He's curious and adventurous by nature...Also prone to injury through his antics.
